Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PowerScreenX app ("Service"). By using PowerScreenX, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

PowerScreenX is a family screen time control app that allows parents and guardians to manage children's device usage through a balance-based session system. The Service includes the iOS app and associated backend services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. Child profiles may only be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. By creating a child profile, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Parents are responsible for the appropriate use of the Service with respect to their children.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Pricing

PowerScreenX is currently available for free. We may introduce optional premium subscriptions in the future. If we do, subscriptions will be billed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. We will notify users before any pricing changes take effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent or interfere with the device management features
• Use the Service to monitor individuals who are not your children or legal dependents
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

6. Device Control

PowerScreenX uses Apple's Screen Time APIs to manage device access. The effectiveness of device controls depends on the device configuration and iOS version. We do not guarantee uninterrupted device management in all circumstances.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that device controls will function perfectly in all situations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PowerScreenX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any failure of device controls or loss of data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your family through the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
